feat(presence): примерный онлайн по сообщениям - #120

The settings split (#119) removed the «Основные» page that held the
toggle, so both conflicting files take master's version. The toggle
moves to «Профили» in a follow-up commit.

- The toggle moves to «Профили» → «Информация», next to «Относительное
  время онлайна»; the section footer explains it.
- Message dates are no longer compared with the device clock: a clock
  running behind dropped every live message.
- Activity is recorded after the replay, when the authors and groups
  that came in the same batch are stored, and only into presences the
  server gave, so a min user's status is never blocked.
- Replies of a business account's chatbot no longer count.
- An open chat's status redraws when the setting is toggled: the title
  data carries the flag and compares it.

«Относительное время онлайна» and «Примерный онлайн» move to a new
«Время в сети» block with a short footer of its own. «Информация» and
its phone footer are back to the #119 text, and «Значки у имён» follows
the new block.
